Keeping them Safe - Orientation

If your company doesn't offer an orientation session for new employees, you might consider developing one.

If you don't have the resources to create a comprehensive orientation session covering all aspects of your business, focus instead on a health and safety session that will give workers a foundation on which together you can build an effective workplace safety culture.
