Did you know that young people are the most injury-prone employees on Canadian job sites? In 2006 alone, more than 50,700 workers under the age of 24 lost time from work after being injured on the job. Another 51 died at work. This doesn’t have to be you!

Venturing into the workforce can be overwhelming when you stop and think about all there is to consider; the process of finding, not to mention landing a job, your safety on the job, the scary stats, and where do you go to get help when all of this is so new to you?
